Walk Down Memory Lane

I saw this on a couple of my friend's blogs, and it has been fun thinking up some good memories with friends and family that we've had over the years. So have fun!!!

1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew/know me a little or a lot, anything you remember!

2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you.

I also thought of last Halloween. I was SO impressed by your acting and dancing skills!
Also, we share this memory with many others but driving home from Time Out and talking about the things we like about each other. Definitely encouraging and emotional :)

Okay, so right away my favorite memory is us (You/Mike, J.D./me) playing games up in that tiny little loft in that house you guys lived in on 9 East in Provo. I laugh thinking about it. What made 4 grown adults climb up there to play games? We were dorks!

Of course all of my memories of you are good ones. I remember going to Hogle Zoo with you and our two kids at the time. Maybe I had just had number three. Anyway, I remember how freaked out Dallin got when bees and flies came around. I remember thinking that was so funny. I also remember getting Iceberg shakes with you and Mike and eating them in Lehi at my moms house one summer night. And one more memory. I remember when Amanda was born. And there were only like five babies in the ward and she was the prettiest by far. I could keep going. It makes me happy for great friends like you all.

I definitely remember when we first moved here and you and Mike invited us over for dessert. I also enjoyed seeing your crazy side at Halloween last year. Time Out for Women was great fun, just forget about whatever stories I told. HAHA!

One of my first memories of you is at my parents house. I think it was our Christams Eve that we do a day early???? Anyway, you were pregnant and wearing a light blue/maybe purle shirt and you looked so beautiful! I remeber thining it wasn't fair that you could look so good while you were pregnant!

You sure you want me to do this? I remember you from way back--far longer than the rest of these guys! I remember you coming to my wedding reception in 1985! I remember you in YW when you were about 15! You were the best babysitter ever and my kids loved you! I am most grateful that you and Mike met J.D. and Kendra totally randomly! That made it so much easier to keep in touch because without them I would have lost track of you! I am glad we have this blog to keep in touch.

I remember swimming in your back yard pool when we were young. Getting ready in that small bath room in the basement of your moms house. Hanging out in your basement! I have a ton of memories of you, me, your sisters and John. Oh the good ol days! -Diana

I remember when we were little,(I think I was 10 at the time) we went to Disneyland together...(remember that?) and when we got back I wanted to be just like you. I even told my mom I wanted to shave my legs so I could "be like Emily!" Isn't that funny? Just thought I'd share ;)

Love ya!

Oh Emily you were always my favorite babysitter! I always thought you were soooo grown up and so cool. I wanted to be just like you for most of my life. And heck, with a great husband and darling kids like you have now, I still do! I remember when you and Mike let Ali and I sit at the guestbook at your wedding. We wore the cream dresses that we wore and J.D. and Kendra's wedding and I felt so important. I wanted to have a beautiful wedding just like you did. :)
